What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For standard models, MOQ is only 10 pieces. For OEM/ODM with custom branding, MOQ starts from 100 pieces. We welcome trial orders to test product quality first.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, samples are available. We charge sample cost and shipping, which will be refunded or deducted when you place a bulk order.
What certifications do your products have?
Our products are CE and FCC certified, with CNAS type test reports. The lightning protection series has passed 120kV simulated lightning impulse tests.
Do you support OEM with our own brand?
Absolutely. We provide OEM manufacturing with your logo, packaging, and model numbers, plus ODM design based on your specifications.
What is your delivery time?
Standard products: 3-7 working days. Bulk OEM orders: 15-30 days depending on quantity and customization level.
